Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets in Smart office (IOT) & Space mgmt, Security solutions.
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands customer base and ensure strong presence.
3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering and understanding the requirements of Architects, Interior Consultants, Contractors, End clients
4. Work closely with the Architects & consultants and other influencers for Product & Solution Specifications in upcoming Projects
5. Technical discussion & recommendation post understanding of Layouts , drawings, floor plan & other customers requirements.

Past Experience & Attributes

  2. Should have good connect with all stakeholders in industry.

  4. Past experience in other products/solutions/projects or customer segments may be considered if there are common touchpoints in terms of market, consultant connect etc.

Soft Skills

  1. Willingness to drive & Motivate self & team to succeed in tough competitive environment.
  2. Ability to understand the market expectations & drive consensus across multiple stakeholders.
