B Arch / Diploma in Interior Designing
Work Experience
- Atleast 4 years as Design Engineer for Office Interior / Turnkey Projects.
- Strong Knowledge of AutoCAD &/or Equivalent software.
- Experience of MEP & Security System would be added advantage.
Role of Design & Estimation individual
- Interacting with Client & Understanding their requirement.
- Site survey to give valuable design inputs on Workspace Solutions
- Budgeting for Entrance Automation, Demountable glass Partition & Movable Wall solution.
- Submission of Drawings /Layouts to Client/ Architect/PMC for approval process.
Knowledge & Soft Skills
- Design thinking & creative approach
- Excellent hands on experience on AutoCAD & MS Excel
- Good Communication skills with Ability to convince the stake holders.
- Self-Motivated & Ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders.
