  1. Analysing financial data.
  2.  Monitoring internal controls & Accounting.
  3. Overseeing and preparing income statements.
  4. Participating in budgeting & Forecasting processes.
  5. Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
  6. Cash flow Mgmt.

Skills of a finance Controller would be

  1. Strong analytical abilities,
  2. excellent accounting knowledge,
  3. Good leadership and communication skills,
  4. Proficient use of financial software.
