Qualification

  1. Graduate (BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field)
  2. Certification in HR form any recognised institute will be an added advantage.

Role of Project Management – HR & Admin Executive

  1. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, Administer compensation and benefit plans
  2. Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  3. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  4. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies & Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  5. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews & Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  6. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  7. Effective Link between the site team & management & regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with labor regulations

Knowledge & Soft Skills

  1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  2. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  3. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  4. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
  5. Problem solving approach, conflict management skills.
  6. Excellent communication – verbal & written along with Good IT skills.
