Work Experience

  1. Atleast 5 years as Project Manager with up to 2 years at Project site location.
  2. Strong Experience & Knowledge of Project Management, Material & resources scheduling.
  3. Handling of Project Life cycle – Planning, Scheduling, budgeting, timely tracking & reporting.

Qualification

  1. Graduate / Post Graduate- (Preferable an Engineer)
  2. Certification in Project Management for any recognised institute will be an added advantage.

Role of Project Management – Team leader

  1. Review & Leading team of Site engineer / Site Managers
  2. Tracking & Reporting of Project progress invoicing & cash flow mgmt.
  3. Periodic Site survey & review to give valuable inputs on improving Execution plan.
  4. Daily / weekly / Monthly Planning & update from ongoing & upcoming projects.
  5. Ensuring EHS & other Safety guidelines at sites by Site engineers / Site managers
  6. Drafting Risk mitigation plan for & with Site Team.
  7. Effective Link between the site team & management.

Knowledge & Soft Skills

  1. Effective at Skills like Planning, monitoring, reviewing
  2. Able to drive, motivate & encourage Project / site team
  3. Decisive and able to work well under pressure
  4. Efficient Vendor & Customer relationship skills
  5. Problem solving approach, conflict management skills.
  6. Excellent communication – verbal & written
  7. Good IT skills.
